as an addicted steel guy... i say yes... if you have a scrapper 6 or a knife like it ... i would say skip it unless you just cant resist... you will never find it cheaper then right now im guessing....

i like it , shes fun , but im now addicted to res-c....

agreed kenken... im not saying its a bad blade , but its just like the s6 for me... as far as useful, shes got some purty looks , but shes short and thick and not a great slicer.... and i got her hair poppin sharp... i think its very compariable to the s6, and the yard keeper... in side and thickness... shes spendy and i dont know how popular she will be... i will say she feels great in my hand and is comfy and just fun to play with... i havnt roughed her up because im playing with some other stuff i bought as users...

so its kinda up in the air... if you think shes hawt , pick it up , if you need a good user.. i would probably pass.....

yeah that is exactly why I held back for as long as I did. If it is 7.5inches I would jump on it day one. But it's not long enough to be a good camp knife and it's not short (thin enough in this case too) enough to be a good slicer.

I would hold off KK as it looks like prices are dropping on the boards to me. Look at the prices of the RMDs and the S6 knives that were sold at KC. That will weaken the secondary market IMO. I truly belive that the economy is going to tank much worse this winter than anybody thinks possible . I say hold on and wait for great deals and make your $$$ go further . Just my opinion. BTW- wife is lovin her new knife -Thanks

honestly, the tank buster does very little for me. Some SJTACs are still making appearances at the shows, with a longer blade and the same TAC handle, and no stupid ugly humps on the back of the blade. I'd try to get a proxy to score you one of those SJTACs, if I were you...
