my 1x42" grinder runs pretty quiet and I laid some carpet under the workbench to absorb the vibrations and noise.

most my grinding is done, all i need to do is get rid of any deep scratches so that when it comes back from heat treating, the carb buildup won't be a pain to remove.

I didn't workout today so i'm still energized and I have a late afternoon shift at work tomorrow so no need to worry about waking up early.

oh yeah one more thing before I head to the garage, I had some KFC today for the first time in a very long time and I could literally feel my heart beating abnormally. i consider myself healthy (do a lot of cardio/weight lifting) and without any heart conditions that I know of, but that was scary!

i just sent the file to my drummer friend who can hopefully add something good to it. garage band doesn't include any 3/4 beats. that solo at the end has gotta change.

i know how that feels, pink. the key, i think, is to eat more garbage. i like the double whopper and the sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant.

bass will pretty much follow the guitars. i think i may pick up the dean acoustic bass for $200 just so i can record. played one the day i got the les paul, and i liked it.

this was the first recording i've done with the les paul, by the way.
