Speaking of price and bottom barrel... How do you guys feel about Hi Point firearms. I'm asking because they are cheap and I came across some fans of these guns. They are butt ugly and all but some of the owners are really impressed with them. Hard not to have one in a tool box from what in reading.
they make good firearms, to the point their 9mm carbine was a gun used in columbine if i remember correctly, quite accurate and rather cheap and ive heard good and bad things about them

no rush. i feel like great gear goes to waste on my anyway since i suck so bad at mastering. my last recording was loaded with noise and when i crank the noise reduction, it's cuts sounds out altogether.

yeah, i hear hate about them but no real complaints. they're built with fixed barrels and massive slides, right? i think it's a worth while departure from the delayed blowback principle.

They are butt ugly!! I see guys saying accurate and reliable and claiming thousands of rounds through a $120 pistol. I'm not a snob and it just looking like for the money you will can easily shoot more $$$ in ammo than you spend on the gun and actually hit some stuff with. That sound like some fun to me.

I wish I couldve made one of those when I was a kid playing with Lego. I used to to make some cool stuff but I don't recall shooting anything with it.
