Yeah It pained me too, If he would just have told me he was gonna sell it, I would have paid him at least $200.00-250 easy.

I love the way 1911 shoot and look. Might have to pick one up in 9mm someday after I get a rifle. Thinking of a Saiga .308; would love a M1A but no money.

So was this one. I've got a sig p220 I carried, and still sometimes do as a duty weapon. I also have a 1991 A1 I had built with grip safety, sights, accurized, new grips.. well you get the idea. Cost me $1000.00, but it's nice. I also have a Springfield armory V10 UltraCompact. Now that is a powerhouse. Those 10 extra holes in the top of the barrel make it look wicked! And you should see the wood fly when you are shooting from a barracade position! Don't want to shoot this thing from a close retention position.

I own a CZ P-01, need to post pictures sometime. It's accurate (when I'm NOT shooting).

yeah, they're nice but I still like the feel of the 1911 for comfort. My hands aren't all that large and it's a S T R E A C H for me to get around it the right way and still have correct trigger finger position. I usually just crab around on it and hope for the best!! ha ha <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
