You can actually fold kydex with a heat gun - it won't be the ultra formed perfect shape you'd get putting the kydex in the oven, but you can get a functional, rattle-free fit pretty easily.
A toaster oven works great for smaller knives, and is cheap.

I usually ride a bike from the training complex to the liquor store on the cart paths. Those yuppies will run you right off the path with those carts!

For those who bought one at BLADE, the regulator 6 months will end in about a week. I'll be listing my spare for sale very soon after that. Sounds like a lot of you guys have a wife like mine--no fun stuff in the kitchen. I have thought about looking for a little toaster oven to use for kydex making, and a belt sander so I can try my hand at machine convexing since it take forever by hand.
