Man am I beat - I was already sore from a long day rock climbing yesterday, then I spent all day today doing yard work and sharpening knives. The killa zilla took forever to polish up the edge, but I have to get it looking nice - tomorrow is exactly six months since I bought it, which means it's exchange time <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Oh, one of the knives bit me pretty good today too - I didn't even realize I had been cut until I saw the blood dripping. It must have been sharp, because the cut was so clean it didn't hurt.

Wow, its been 6 months already for the Killa Zilla.
I'm guessing there will be a few for sale on the exchange now.

So that means the Regulator's 6 months is up too. There will probably be some on the exchange as well.

ah-yup, my biggest worry is a glut of them, making it hard to sell mine, because it's a user.
also have no idea how much to ask for it - what is the standard pricing for an $800 knife that's been used lightly, is way sharper than it was from the factory, and comes with a sweet sheath? And will anyone even buy a user in a knife that huge and expensive??
I'd like to make a couple bucks on the thing, but who knows.

The Killa Z is out of my range totally.
If I want to process wood that bad, I'll save a few hundred bucks and just buy a Stihl and an axe.
They sure are pretty though.

They sure are pretty though. just get a cold steel. really, jerry may have the toughest production khukri available, but i doubt it's the most effective.

The zilla is gorgeous in person. I mean, stunning. And it just feels cool to hold a chunk of INFI that large in your hand.
But not $800 cool. I was awestruck enough to buy one at BLADE, but now that's enough to cover a student loan payment plus some.
