i want beef jerky...
and a thick fillet mignon.
maybe not at the same time... lol
fully loaded baked potato...with extra bacon

OH ill see if i can document my christmas eve dinner for you guys.
Im hispanic (cuban to be exact, i was born here and love it.and with living in SO Fla. i am ashamed to say i abhor the people of my own nationality but that a politcal debate i dont wanna get into) and traditionally we roast a pig for christmas eve.
last year we had a 120 pounder and my grandmother seasons it with garlic and sour oranges...oh so good.
white rice, black beans, fried yuca...
if ya'll are interested ill do a big breakdown of it all! lol
