I have a hunch Horn Dog could be of the Pagan religeon and I have been a follower of Odin and Thor for decades and I was wondering if anyone else here either followed the old ways or was interested in them?

I have an interest in pretty much all religions, but belong to none.

I've been loosly following for awhile. The last few years I have began to study the the old ways more. My wife has been a pagen for a long time since before I met her 19 years ago. My main focus lately has been learning to read and write the the Elder Futhark. Bors

Here is a hammer I made several years ago. It's solid Titanium!! I bought the rings and knitted the chain. The pendent I shaped and polished by hand, the whole thing took about 3 weeks to complete. ![[Linked Image from i5.photobucket.com]](http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y181/mgw906/th_HPIM1599.jpg) Bors

I've spent many years studying all things Pagan, and many other religeons as well. Some things I've dug up on mainstream religeon would curl your toes. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

Here in Norway the biggest subset of the "åsatro", "Odinism", is synonymous with neo-nazism and racism, and to a lesser extent black metal. Varg Veum (musician, murderer, and church burner extraordinaire) and Vigrid (Norway's most rabid neo-nazi organization) both confess to Odinism from what I can tell.
There is also a non-racist, peaceful (but smaller) subset of the resurrected Old Ways, with close ties to the ecological movement and Wiccan Paganism.
.... how exactly is the Old Faith practiced in the US?

I am no expert, and I have no numbers, but my impression is that very few Asatru worshippers in the US are violent or Nazi-like in any way. We only seek to worship in a more nature oriented way. Here in the Bible belt of the South, some think we are devil worshippers or something. Wiccans occasionally celebrate with us, as we share the same holidays.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
