I didn't realize how the unemployment thing worked. Some people don't take and available job and still get benefits unless it is 80 percent? of the the pay they used to make?
I'm doing all kinds of side jobs to make things work...or kinda work. It makes me feel like a mooch, my wife makes more money than I do!

I wish I could just work at my real job. But I do say, getting some extra cash from driving and random ranch work sure has been nice. Luckily, I have had the opportunity for extra work! Chainsaws can be alot of fun!

I know I had a friend that worked for a tire company. They did not make a contract deal o they drew unemployment and a check from the company or some other source. Anyway, for several months they made 80% and unemployment. They took some vacations too.

Yea the job market is pretty bad..I start my Temp job for USPS tomorrow it's only for a month but it's extra money for christmas gifts and such.

My brother has been looking for 9 months now for a real job since he graduated from North Carolina State University. No Bites at all. Everywhere you go the same old story, you need experience to work here! Well how do you get it without being given the opportunity to work?
