I am neither a member of some violent aryan prison gang nor a hippie. I have been in battle. I seek meaning and spirituality in the old ways, that's all.

The same goes for the Native American. They were a great culture who worshipped nature, but had war and bloodshed before any of the settlers destroyed their culture. They (Hippies and the Aryans ) have to realize that no one was ever perfect and that before and after colonialsom (in america for this example) there was always war..... All from people who worshipped nature. That is why both the Hippies and the Aryans like to bend this to their will .. They cannot face reality. In other words no-one was or is perfect. Some of the most beautiful cultures were the ones with the most violent past.

I as well. I just like the fact that nature has alot to teach us.... Both good and bad.

Absolutely. Its a hard road. It is not for the timid of soul. You must be prepared to change your whole world view from time to time.

I found that the Sihk's have a similar set of ideals to what I consider part of being a northman. Treat respectful people with respect and never let fear stop you from doing what is right.

This is one of my favorite threads. I have found that there are a lot more pagans in the yard than most people thought. I had a hunch though.

I had a most interesting encounter with some Sikhs in Thailand in 1967. They impress me.
