Yeah, but there WAS justice after all. Two nights later a similar incident happened (NO, I WAS NOT IN THIS ONE!) and the guy got caught. As he was being questioned on the way to the hospital (they shot him) they found out he is the one I had been chasing. They said he was talking about this crazy american chasing him with a sword!

Oh, I should mention the "Cops" were the ones that told me this over a couple beers. We became sort of friends after that.

Yeah, could you imagine waking up screaming and have to explain to your wife you were having a nightmare about a crazy American chasing you down the street with a 2 foot knife at 2 o'clock in the morning!

Looking back now, it's really funny. BUT at the time NOT. Can you imagine haveing a half dozen M16's pointed at you in a situation like that, where YOU are the foreigner!
