I remember the cost of living was pretty high there. I guess you have to pay for the beautiful scenery. If you love the outdoors, colorado is a great state for you. There is a lot of outdoor activities there.

The cold and outdoor activities are the two things I'm looking forward to most. I'm hoping to do some snowshoe backpacking trips, and lots and lots of rock climbing when the temperatures are above 50.

Mingo as a part of the National Wildlife Refuge system. Just google for MINGO NWR and you should find it. I'm not saying that my wife and I go there a lot, but we know the Refuge manager, head ranger, LE officer and the Biologist all by their first name!
