Saw a Ruger Piston SR556 today. I liked it, but hear that Sig is supposed to have a Piston AR coming out too. Not sure if I need a Piston AR, heck I could build a nice varmint rifle for that money without optics of course. Then again, I really want a 16" lever action in .45 Colt too.

Man, see right there is a reason to get another lever gun. I have the Marlin 1895 SBL Guide Gun in .45-70 gov't. That is 8 rds of whoop a&#

Not really. There is enough ambient light tonight not a big deal at all. Plus alot of going from lights to nothing so Night vision wasn't at its best anyway.
