I read where the Big Dog made a post about the new plan at Busse and it not affecting the Yard AND the info on the Regulator. I was glad to see that!

just got hit by overdraft fee from BoA..$140!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> Going to give them a call in the morning... Yeah, I got from td bank for 105 bucks. I miss commerce and no overdraft fees. I called them, and they reimbursed me the money.

the city of king, nc in under a state of emergancy from winter storms. power was out for almost the entire city, and they declared a state of emergency banning the sale and possession firearms and ammo with in the city

Yea ... well Nothing happend in king... the power was fine , they wanted to tap state funds to pay for snow plows etc. and it was a power play.....
they lifted the alcohol bann but left the gun thing out. it wasnt supost to go outta effect. but then every one started going crazy and starting campains to throw out the town board, and the cheif of police....
the main issue started not only in starting said bann, but not informing the populous. the state of emergancy was called but the terms were not broad cast or printed in a timely manner , till people started seeing notices after police visits. did people learn what the deal was....
still its an on going thing.
No alcohol sales , consumption etc , no fire arms , no ccw , no transport. only leagal on private property... curfew at 12pm-5 am
what brings it close to home is my brother runs the gun shop in that town.
so we will have to see how it plays out.... thank goodness we have a good sheriff

oh and king turned into a city folk place during the boom of the 90s and 2000s, its very strange for me so i avoid it most the time. its a very small town honestly.... they have faught letting a state liqour store in town. also hated going 1 town over to the community high school they wanted there own..... king is a silly place with a very bored PD and a controling central board
