I have extended medical and dental through work.
There are limits on what medical covers and your medical premiums are based on your ability to pay.
Low income people have the premiums fully subsidized while someone like me would pay about $130 a month for our family of 4's coverage.
My employer pays these premiums as well as my extended medical and dental

Most of my dental is 90% covered by insurance but some stuff like braces have yearly limits as well as lifetime limits and only 50% coverage
