ouch. just came back in from the garage work out.

so figured out why i was having problems benching wends. i was suppose to have (2) 45 pound plates on and (1) 5 pound plate on each side. was having a real hard time getting the right arm up. so i said the heck with it and didn't break the barbell down and forgot about it.

went to set everything up tonite and took the 5 pound plate off the the left arm side, and when over the right arm side and found out i had a 10 pound plate on there instead.....d'uh!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, that's a shot of an aggregating anemone catching and eating a brown crab. I didn't stick around, but judging from the picture, the anemone clearly is the winner. The crab doesn't stand a chance.
