Yes, he was one of the biggest typecast-nerd actors in hollywood in the late eighties and early 90s. He was on everything. He ain't got nothin on Urkel.

parker lewis can't loose. sweet What did he do on married with children?,kick Bud Bundy's but? There was some episode where the Bundys got into a bowling match against another family. My brother was one of the members of the other family, in that episode. I don't remember it, too well. He's been on a very large number of shows and commercials.

No, he isn't.
A few things happened. He grew up, and there were fewer nerd acting parts for people in their 30s than for high school or college age. Also, he was married to shrewish woman who demanded that he give up his acting career and do something more stable.
