I have a government model that I had built up, trigger, hammer, grip safety accuracy job nite sights springs. It was the colt 1991A1. I fugured why pay for a more expensive one when it was gonna get worked over. My other is a Springfield armory Ultra Compact V10. Nice gun!

You can't own a FACTORY gun like the V10 in california? can you explain?

I mean I know they have some really strange gun laws out there, but I cant' see even THEM banning a factory gun like that.

with some subcompact firearms you either have to have a ccw(which is impossible to get in ca) or have proper law enforcement id.

i think the barrel has to be a certain length for a citizen to purchase, i have to research it more.
