Oh, had a nice happening yesterday. Went to an auction yesterday (actually we worked the concession, the church) and we got my Mother-in-law a washer for $45.00! And the folks were using it the day before the sale.

I've also been looking at crank flashlights that use capacitors instead of recharge batteries to power the light. I Might have to check into getting one of them and just keep the cheapie in the bedroom.

That "won't be outbid" is what caused my wife to pay $165.00 for my assault shaker about 2 1/2 years ago. I was bidding on it and said I wasn't gonna go any higher. Well I had to go to bed and she went ahead and bid on it cause she knew I wanted it. Never could tell her she paid WAY to much for it. I just said thank you honey and left it at that.
