With gun laws in this country (Britain) it's nearly impossible to even see a working gun unless either a criminal (most of them) or a police officer (very rare) has the thing... I think I read somewhere that the biggest fans of gun control are criminals as it means the only gun at a burglary is theirs!

I don't want to pay that much for ammo in 10mm <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />.

My 226 is great, though a 210 would be better. Sphinxes are nothing to sneeze at either. The Sig 55x series rifles have got just about all of the other assault rifles beat in most categories, besides cost of manufacture.

As far as fighting styles, I'm a muay thai guy myself.

I've handled a 226 it is superb, I just prefer the shape of the Glock and having 15 10mm rounds in the grip! The AUG is a favorite because of its ergonomics and styling (having said that it's also one of the few guns as 'squaddie proof' as an AK...)

Style wise I'm 'resting' Ju-Jitsu and Chinese Boxing (really original Ju-Jitsu...) I quite fancy Jeet-Kune-Do at some point!

They were exceedingly nice, friendly people while i was in Paris. The arabs around Hyde Park were another story...

I was being 'British' (mostly) about the French, but the few I've had dealings with didn't impress... I definately agree about Arabs, when I went to Egypt they were a total pain in the [censored] the whole time. I should point out at this time I'm not a total xenophobe, I mean I do talk nicely to you guys!!!
