i'd probably like glocks if not for the 15 round cap in NJ.

If I had a "do over" I'd go w/ the .357sig round, which in the full frame Glock is 15 rounds.

I've had mine for 5 years - since before they made .357sig in a Glock frame.

I'm with ya there. The 1911 is my pistol of choice. I use the Glock for EDC.

Single action semis or wheelguns tend to be my preference. ParaOrdnance P13.45 and Browning Hi-Power 9mm, .357 S&W 586 6"(?), Ruger Bearcat .22. I'd like to pick up a Bisley .44 Mag Ruger but just haven't gotten serious enough to buy one yet.

Beats the 10 round cap in CA.

i used to drool over the sig pro 2340 in .357sig but grew out of it. 9mm and .45auto are cheaper, more abundant, and less noisy. still a nice round.

I think I'd go .38 super in a 1911 over .357 sig.

Magnum 22 ,what is the Parker Hale PDW? Is it a person defence weapon like the Ruger? My only rifle is a Parker Hale Enfield which I love so I am curious.
They make an awesome sniper rifle and Bipod. The bipods from PH are so darn expensive that I have a chinese knockoff on my real PH rifle.

Diceman that has to be one of the coolest AR's I have ever seen. It has a great cartridge, long barrel, old school M16 stock(best of the AR handles) and a scope but best of all it does not have 10 things bolted to it.

Favorite rifles.
AK 100
SVD or Norinco version in .308
Enfield SMLE
Mosin
Norinco M305 (a better much cheaper semi M14)
New canadian sniper rifle in 3.38 Lapua
Ruger no1
Dicemans Panther
FN FAL
Savage Striker ,This is the only handgun on my list . While some handguns are cool I don't see the need as when you are to close for a rifle, a knife is best and if the range is to long for a knife then you should use a rifle.
That cool snubbie bear defence Ruger .480 is an exception as you would not want to face a grizzly with a knife even a DF.

I believe that .357sig is supposed to have the highest killing % among itself, 9mm, .40, and .45. I carry the .45, but statistically, I think the .357sig may have some advantages (magazine capacity is definately one!)

Thanks unsub - its a pretty basic AR w/ a nice heavy barrel and a cheap round (that still packs a heck of a punch).
