Sweet new steel is always good. The necker isn't pretty but I barely had enough left to fold it over. It works though.

I like concealex, it molds at much lower temps than kydex, only issue I have with it is it feels a little much like plastic, I think cause its smooth, kydex feels a little different

I like em MB. What is holding the kydex together on the Warden? The center rivet and stiffness of the sheath. I may put a smaller rivet if the sheath loosens up. But I formed it into the skeletonized piece where the cutout starts and its fairly tight.
