Nope thats full paracord. I always like having it if I need it. Thats roughly 4 feet of cord.

I couldn't quite tell, it looked a little flat, very nice tight wrap.

Like the way you did that. Did you start with the middle of the cord at the top and wrap each side down the handle?

I take a length of cord and place the center of the cord across the flat side of the blade/handle nearest to the blade under the blade/handle. Then I wrap the right side over the rail and then under the left rail and then wrap the other side the exact opposite way. Each time I wrap right them left till I get to the end. I just pull it really tight every few wraps.

I meant to do a photo of the wrap and forgot to do it when I wrapped the sage blade.

Its really easy. Easier to do than explain <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I don't care for speedball all to much, use up SO much paint, and almost every field down here is field paint only, so its not cheap
