Like you said, it you space the eyelets just right you could combine all sorts of sheaths and stuff together. May not be all that hard to make yourself a steel template (well a spacing bar so all the holes would always be the same distance apart). Now I'm excited to try a piggy back system. gonna have a busy next weekend,

Tom, I read earlier that you said you have problems with dogs. Is it dogs that folks have just dumped off or dogs from the surrounding area?

Yup, happens around here all the time. I know you know, but IF you are "out and about" and have a vehicle handy, keep a shotgun ready to go in addition to your handgun. One of our deputies shot a Rottie in the chest and the dog just ran off and died about 10 minutes later. They can soak up a lot of lead at times.
