You don't have to try and destroy it. Just use it for normal use and report on how it performs. Three of the test (maybe more if I can think of some) I plan on putting mine through may very well damage the knife but nothing says you have to put the knife through abusive tests.

By no means do I plan on putting it through the destruction tests "Noss" does. That's not safe (in my opinion) anyway.

I do want to be hard on it, but in real world situations.
