I just "discovered" these rifles I of course knew of them but not how sweet they are. I had a chance to look at a 11-12 in barrled DSA SA58 with rails and a Para-trooper style folding stock it was a sleek little gun with attitude written all over it. I looked something like this.

Someday I would like to get one with the classic bipod, carry handel, and the para-trooper style folding stock

One of the all time best battle rifles ever made.

I certainly like to go to the DSA website and drool.

I still would like a FAL with SA markings, Rhodesian markings, or IDF markings to compliment my FA Uzi that has parts from South Africa and Israel. The Rhodesians were known to carry the Uzi too.

Good videos lazi.
Here's my 18" AZ EX/Imbel. She's not my most accurate rifle but has to be one of my most reliable.

I have a couple <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.

Having owned all of the usual suspects like original German HK91's, Greek SAR3's, PTR91's, Springfield Armory Inc M1A, M1A Loaded, M1A Bush, M1A Scout, M1A SOCOM, etc....the FAL is my favorite HANDS DOWN!

Something about the stock and the angle of the pistol grip feels uncomfortable to me. I wish I had built some back when FAL kits were easy to get. I have friends who used to put them together at the campground at shoots just using a vice attached to a pick up truck trailer hitch.

I'm more interested in the Rock River Arms 308 AR that takes fal mags now since you can still get fal mags in NY.

The FAL is just so sexy to me and feels great. Been giving some serious thought to FN's SCAR 17 or perhaps the Hogan (formerly POF)AR style, made here locally.
