Nice! Here's one of Jeff's latest prototypes: It has a quick detach dangler. It's leather but can be done with kydex. ![[Linked Image from i252.photobucket.com]](http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh39/arturotostado3/DSCF4730.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i252.photobucket.com]](http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh39/arturotostado3/DSCF4666.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i252.photobucket.com]](http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh39/arturotostado3/DSCF4668.jpg)

Nice collection! I want to hit Jeff up for a leather for the S5LE but I'll wait till his list shortens up. (like that'll happen)

Dude, I would order now. From the looks of things, the list is going clear past armageddon.

I don't think Jeff's list will EVER shorten up. His work is just too good....very much worth the wait.

In my salad days—or at least my wilted salad days—I had never heard the name Busse. I wanted a sturdy workhorse for a BOB. So I bought a SRK from Cold Steel. This was back when everything Cold Steel made was of Carbon V. I quite liked the knife, it looked ready to stand up to anything.
Then there was the sheath. It was kydex, with a nylon dangler loop. But there was no integral thumb rest to let me hold the sheath down, while I pulled the knife upwards. In practice I had to lift knife and sheath up past my belt until the dangler attachment became an anchor. Then I could pull the SRK free.
I ordered a custom pouch-type sheath for the SRK. No sooner was it delivered than the company sheath landed in the dumpster.

I've been very pleased with Jeff's work. I have a small kydex for my super skinny SR HC from Jeff also. Considering how busy he is, the sheaths arrived farily quickly.

I think Toondawg thought it was reference to Minor Threat's EP "Salad Days", which I have somewhere on vinyl..

Thanks for the welcome Implume. I've been here for sometime, I just don't post that often. now that banana clip showed me how to post photos, I'll start participating a little more.
I was referring to Minor Threat as digthisbigcrux said. I never made it around to Anthony and Cleopatra. Romeo and Juliet, Othello and Macbeth exhausted my Shakespeare. DTBC, if you ever want to sell that vinyl, you give me a holler. It will look good next to my Black Flag and Bad Brains albums.
