Hello Y'all! I'm brand new to the yard but SO INTERESTED with your ideas and I love that the knives are bomb proof! I've ordered my first (scrapper 5 le) and I can't wait!
But.. my ideas.
1) Working on a ranch and could use a good cutter. How about a sheepsfoot blade 3-4"?
2) I would really like to have good excuse to bash your knives so could you make a 4-5" chisel tip? preferably with a nice handle to hammer on. infi please...
3) For my wife. Bombproof Small light cutter. around a 2" drop point with a overall length around 5" inches. Purse carry.
4) I know the call is for knives but how about a schwag knife? A ruler (RULED!) with a sheathed sharpened edge?
That's it. Have to say I'm very excited to get my first post it too! Thanks.

I think its only fitting that the Scrap Yard needs its own version of the Busse Jack Hammer in SR-77. Just make it bigger!

Save some INFI from the scrap pile and make a boot knife.

"I EDC a swamp rat vex in my work bag, because people at liberal arts colleges tend to be skittish about a fixed blade knife on your belt. I would prefer to EDC an INFI blade, but since I've never seen an EDC sized Busse that doesn't waste massive amounts of usable blade on goofy choils, oversized handles, and space-consuming talon holes, the Vex is the only small Busse blade that makes it into my EDC rotation."
This is something mustard man posted over on BF and thought it was a very good point...
it would be good to see a small blade (3 inch maybe?) with no choil, not too wide but maybe thick like .2 or maybe even .25
something slimline and very easy to take with you anywhere, and be able to keep it sheathed in your pocket.
**EDIT** One thing i forgot to mention, this could be in sr101 or sr77 but think sr77 may suit it a bit better...plus it'll make it that much more affordable, especially after you guys have been cranking out some VERY nice blades.
something sub 100 would be a good welcome to many here im sure
maybe something like an active duty but without a giant choil or the chunks of metal sticking out with holes ( talon holes i guess? idk what they are)

Hi dogs,
a knife called slim/bony dog:
I suggest a pigsticker style knife/spear point or classic clip point etc. From 7,5 - up to 9,25 inches long but very low blade debt (height?) (hope you know what I mean) about 1,25 -1,45 of a inch. Easy to pierce with. Pretty big Integral cross guard (Quillion). Your blades are very thick so the integral guard will be even very comfortable for the index finger. If piercing I sometimes fell with some of your knives that hand would slip on the blade, so a big guard to prevent it.
Handle nice deep place for index finger to rest (almost a subhilt). Otherwise your reciprene/santoprene (mudd) handles would be perfect. I prefer double cut. I would love to see such a knife, you:)?

Ok this my 3rd and final suggestion, LOL !!!
I'd like to see a Scrapyard Parang...it could be called the Jungle Mutt or something along those lines !!!!
It would have one of the new Rec-C Regulator handles, a 12" blade made from 3/16" SR101 or SR77 this would make the overall length 17 1/2" I believe. The widest section of the blade would be near the end where it would be around 3" wide. This would throw all the weight forward making it excel at chopping duty while still being thin enough to slice and dice ! The grind would be a full flat. This design would chop as well as a small axe and be an awesome tool to have around camp or on your next Indiana jones type adventure ! I think this knife would give the Busse Killa Zilla a real run for it's money, in fact I'd go as far as to say it would kick it's butt and send it crying back to it's mum !!!!

I would love to see a new breed of fusion inspired res-c handles on a chopper with a blade length between the DF and SOD. It'd be the perfect size and weight for a do it all camp knife.
