Unfortunately no, the rain postponed our hike until noon, so we did a shorter hike, but it turned out great as you can from the pics of the waterfall and pool.

I'm thinking of heading there again next week to do half dome depending on my work schedule, I'm addicted.

I was able to "drive through" Yosemite when I was about 12 with my parents. And able to see some of the gorgeous scenary. But, unfortunately, I was unable to "REALLY" enjoy it. We drove through it in one day without staying. I didn't get to hike, camp, explore, etc. ... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

And I still remember LOVING it and thinking it had to be one of the most gorgeous places I had ever seen. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

I have been lucky to be able to visit a few other very nice places over the years, but still keep thinking I rememeber Yosemite being about as good as it gets. And I have been dying to get back there and really visit again some day.
