Well,I feel better about not getting a proxy for a Vex...thought I was missing out!
How much was the pork skinner? I can't remember but it was cheap enough that I could have bought it if I wanted it. Either $272 or $212 I think $212

Oh I thought about many of the blades there but so many are very similar and I don't have the money to double up. Every knife I picked up I compared to what I have then compared all of them to the Regulator I had on my hip. Scrap Yard had a few I really wanted and the prices were great but the S5 and S5LE fill so many niches I passed. In the end I got two small blades.

Blade Atlanta had a great variety of the Custom Shop type offerings - but they were pricey. They had a pretty good number of more standard stuff too, but it was mostly more recent stuff. I didn't see near as much of the really cool old school stuff there.

I agree Blade Atlanta did have a lot of pricey stuff...I'm more into the CG knives.
