best looking to me are some of the Satin w/ Black paper combos....for some reason the Bog Dog has always been a must have, but with the S5LE coming...that could be the best looking SY imo....

FSH, Hell Razor, HG55, anything with pumpkin handles, Yard Hook, S5LE. They could all be put on the wall for display IMO.

I thought the tip was for beers, the hook is for breaking knife blades. You're correct that it's intended as a blade catcher. Many have modded it to be a bottle opener (the gap has to be widened to work correctly).

A reminder that those satin/pumpkin SAR-8s are going on sale tonight. I like the knife a lot, but it's priced in the NMFBM range at $487.00, so I believe I'll have to pass. It'll be a beautiful addition to anyone's collection who pulls that trigger though.
