The Busse experience is an exercise in patience, that's for sure.

Some folks just can't take it. They cut off their noses to spite their faces and either leave empty-handed or pay inflated prices for Busse knives on the secondary market. Others bide their time and come away with arguably the finest hard-use knives on the planet at factory prices.

And then some post barely-intelligible, profanity-laden childish rants on youtube, then beg someone to sell them a knife at the end of it, after trashing the company that makes the knives. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Fully convexed doesn't seem likely to come from scrap yard - I can't think of a single full convex SY blade off the top of my head. I will be very surprised to see a convex ground SY blade any time soon.
