I read Aldo Leopold’s Sand Country Almanac years ago and loved it. But I’d never heard of his Leopold bench. You learn something every day. It looks to be a straightforward design. You should have no problems knocking a few together.

Hey Boots, I had no idea what a Leopold bench was before this thread. So, it is possible to teach old dogs something new.

Just a Update for the yard. Marching band is done so that means jazzband is right around the corner <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. Finals were last week so I have been spending most of my free time sleeping but everything is going really well. Plan to buy the wood for the benches this week.
