Thanks for that link. I am rethinking the UTG Max knock-off. I am considering picking a few of them up and having them loaded up with these pre-prepped kits. By doing this I can keep one at school, one in the wifes car, one in my truck, and one for my brother. Makes sense to me.

Ha, At first I was like, how in the world did they fit that sleeping bag in that can with all that other stuff? then I went back and read the whole post. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I just ordered a Adventure Medical S.O.L.3 it looks like a well rounded survival kit.

i just saw in the rei catalog they have a new little survival kit in a canteen. for 30 bucks i might be willing

Nice look kit, looks like it has many useful items in it.

I bet that bag is nice and warm.

I think for $13 it's a bargain for what you get.

Even though the bag cost me $120 shipped, it fits my needs exactly. I looked at Wiggy's but nothing fit my needs for the $$$$.

Once it's opened I'll put it in a sealed plastic container.
