Welcome to the Yard DBH!!! Just keep watching and waiting. I'm a big fan of the Scrap Mum and there a few black handled Muks floating around. Maybe set your sites for one those or a S5.
My advice is to get every release and figure out if you want it later. Worst case you will pass it on to a guy who missed out. If I had passed on the Muk based on looks I would've missed a great user.

Welcome Dogs...I have the Yard Keeper that you mentioned and it's a 'keeper.' I have a CCW and it makes a great EDC knife. The marketing plan when I first came on board was first come, first served with limited product. It seemed to a noob to be dog-eat-dog. But, times have changed and when the next new knife becomes available you'll have the opportunity to buy at store price instead of secondary market at an inflated price.

There are some great people here! Incase no one's mentioned it yet, there's always BladeForums to find Scrapyard, Swamp Rat and Busses as well.
I just got a Scrapper 5 and I have a Dogfather on the way form the folks at BladeForums.
All I can suggest is do good in school and get a good paying job! LOL
Cuz these knives and gonna infect you and it's an addiction! LOL
