Thanks for the beautiful pics, angeldog. I have a daughter who lives out in Denver. She often hikes in the mountains. Pretty country! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Great pics! What camera do you use? I want to get an SLR but my other hobbies are keeping me from getting one!

We all would like to think we own a scrapyard dog. I know I do, BUT I'm lucky to have one who locks down the homefront and I leave him at home, while having another one that I can take out into the world and know he will only strut and not do any damage, in fact, I have to protect him. Long live the dogs!

Thanks for the pics, I've got two dogs myself a 13 year old german shepard and an almost 15 year old mixed breed. Neither dog can hike too far now but there was a time when they seemed to never tire.
Sort of funny story (in the odd way) one of my brothers raises pb pitbulls and uses some in weightpull and some in conformation shows (a couple in both). He and his wife are constantly trying to educate people on pitbulls and their bad rap. However his wife will not come to my house because she is terrified of german shepards (she was hospitilized after a severe mauling by a GSD when she was young)
She knows its irrational but she can't seem to get over it, and yes she sees the seeming hypocracy in it.

BTW
