Very sweet blade, satin and smooth bolts plus great slabs, you can't go wrong. By the way, are you done with my copy of The Physics of Foams? Did it help with beer drinking like you thought it would? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I don't keep knives to not get dirty. The only reason I'd have a knife that was unused is if I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, or I haven't decided whether I'm going to keep it. I don't do safe queens.
