Haven't seen one yet, so I'm going to start one.
Everybody wishes others Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, so I figured
it's about time to start one for this year.
I would like to wish a very Merry Christmas to my friends
Bushman, Ordawg, Tolly, and CoyoteBC
Additionally, I would like to wish a very Merry Christmas to
Dan, Patti, Renee, Cold One (Chris), Private Klink (Tom), Horn Dog (Vic),
Evolute, Mr. Andy Wayne, and to everyone else on this most magical
of forums.
Merry Christmas to everyone. Safe holidays and safe travels.
DotD (Dave)
Likewise, I wish you and the Brotherhood the best that the Holidays can bring.
We just had the Busse Family party this weekend with my sister & her husband along with their four sons and families including Jerry and his family.
WOW it was a good time with amazing food and drink. I will say that the red and green cello shots were a hit. I had serious college flash backs...LOL. I made some great chocolate martinis and some pappy eggnog. After this party and my experience, I would highly recommend not mixing the above drinks...in any quantity
We played the Thieving Santa game. This is where every one brings a $5 gift and the exchange is done by picking a number from a hat for the order of who gets to pick first, second and so on. When your number is picked you get to choose any gift on the table. Once you open it you have the right to trade or steal a gift from someone else and then that person has the right to re-steal from someone else. It was a bunch of fun and laughter. Jerry brought a miniature leg lamp like the one in the Christmas Movie...it became the item to have. By the way Mrs B ended up with it.
I hope that each of you have the opportunity to share and enjoy some time with those you care about.
Allow me to raise my glass and toast each of you and wish you the best for the new year
Dan
