Well well well. Another 3 days and man did we get down with our bad selves!

Today will go down in history. I'm talking about the mid-term election. THEY say this is the biggest controll party switch in the house of representatives since I believe 1948! One thing IS clear. The "Change" didn't work, or at least Body Odor killed it with the majority of the country AGAINST it, he shoved it down our throats anyway, and during this election it cost them BIG TIME. We can only hope and pray that this "New Crowd" does what we put them in office to do. If Not, things will change dramatically again, in two more years.

Well, now on to something that we REALLY want to know about.

The Knives forum side of the site is setting at6 429,832 posts, up from 429,257 for an overall increase of 575 posts!

For all us regular forum default users, the ZDC page count has gone from 531 pages Sunday morning to 546 this morning for an increase of 15 pages. That averages 5 pages a day which isn't really all that bad!

Ok now for the bread and butter numbers.
The TOTAL forum post count was at 452,715 votes Sunday morning at 0625am to a whopping 453,319 this morning. That gives us an increase of 604 posts which averages out to roughly 201 posts per day. Once again, a pretty good average!

Ok now for the numbers relating to our goal of one half of a million posts. Ok, so that leaves us with 46,681 posts to go to reach our goal. And with 59 days left in the year counting today, that leaves us with 791.20 posts per day. Hummm seems like we are going the wrong way here. Oh well we WILL get there, 2011 will be Dan's year of the Half Million posts, a year to be proud of!

I mean I can get fired up about all kinds of things. The state of our country (which as we all know sucks!), Steel from Ohio!!!!! or just having to deal with idiots all the time, which usually gets my blood pressure up, at least for a couple minutes.

Oh you mean where we tossed out all those "what's in it for me" folks! The new ones better have taken notes or it will be their turn next time!

We didn't wind up controlling both houses, but we made inroads. Hopefully THIS WILL get THEM back in line and start listening to us for a change.

Not spring cleaning time, but last night was the fall changing of the linens. Lets hope that the next two years are productive for us and see what we can change.
