Ok, on this THE DAY AFTER, here are OUR numbers!

The Knives forum side of the house is now at 430,199 which is up 366 posts from yesterday morning.

The ZDC page count for the majority of us is now 559 up from 546 yesterday about this time.

The TOTAL forum post count is now at 453,702 which is up 383 posts from just 24 hours earlier. Not a bad day of chatter!

Ok considering how we now have 58 days left in this year, we need to have AT LEAST 798 posts per day to reach 500,000 by the end of the year.

Lets be realistic, we are not going to make it, but to quote the old commerical "we've came a long way baby"! And I can't resist just one more lyric "Hit it with your best shot", and we HAVE done just that!

Ok, here we are almost 25 hours later and the Statistics are now a part of Scrapyard History.

The Knives forum side is at 430,199 which is up 248 from yesterday morning.

The ZDC page count has gone from 559 pages up a total of 10 to page 569. Not to awful bad, we ARE making progress.

The TOTAL website post count in now with this post at 453,961, just 41 posts away from busting into another higher catagory of 454 Thousand posts. Todays count is up a total of 259 posts.

And that brings us to within 46,039 posts of our 500 Thousand post goal. We WILL get there!

The ZDC page count is now at 575 pages of non stop action and answers.

The Knives forum side of the site is now at 430,651 which is about an average day.

The the Total Forum post count is now gone into the 454K range and has topped out so far at 454,180 posts. So that means we only have 45,820 more posts to go to reach the Half a Million posts.

HOOAH let's make 500k

I can tell you if we were to get a release of the Scrapivore and it in hand before Christmas we would have a lot more posting going on. Maybe a sip in talk in the real near future?

The Knives forums side is up to 430,857 posts which is an increse of 206 posts over yesterday.

The ZDC page count for the forum default settings users has gone up to 582 pages for an increase of 7 pages which I guess is about normal lately, but rest assured, we will once again hit a 20 plus page day. Ok, the total site post count has risen to 454,401 posts which is up 221 posts from yesterday. Not to bad a day, but see the last sentence in the paragraph above!

OK, with 55 days left in the year, we need 45,599 posts to reach our 500 Thousand posts. Don't think I need to post the needed posts per day to reach our goal by the end of the year, It'll only depress us and that we DON'T need!

So my fellow Scrapyardians, just keep on posting and we WILL reach our goal. Slow and steady brings the reward, hard and fast leads to a burn out.

Mok, It IS possible for us to do it, miraculous things have happened here before.

Well now, on to the reason for this thread.

Our post count for the Knives Fourm side of the house is now at 431,462 posts, up from 430,857 Sunday Morning for an increase of 602 posts which averages out to roughly 200 posts per day. Again, about average of late.

The ZDC PAGE count has gone from Sundays low of 582 all the way up to 597 for a 15 page increase which is about 5 pages per day. Again about our recent average.

Ok, for all us default forum setting users, Sunday mornings TOTAL post count was 454,401. Today, it has gone all the way up to 455,091 posts. That gives us an increase of 690 posts. ALMOST 230 posts per day.

OK, now it's time for the truth that's in the pudding.

With 52 days left before the new year, we now have 44,916 posts to go before reaching our 500,000th post. HUM... When will it come, and WHO will make it. Maybe we'll get lucky and Dan the Man himself can make it!
