You guys think this might be legit? The next release of a S6-like blade with a penetrator tip/sharpened swedge. I circled the 16 on the ruler thinking this might mean 16cm, perhaps just a measurement or perhaps signifying some Euro military unit. I'm not very versed on the military side of things. Perhaps here's an outside chance this will be the knife that replaces the S6 next time up.

I agree, maybe we start a tradition that April Fools day is actually April 2nd in the Yard.

Speaking of April fools. One of the Corrections Officers told one of my students/inmates that his appeal came through and he was going home. I had one pretty upset inmate on my hands today complete with tears etc....

I'm all for a good prank, but I got to admit that it went over the top. There's nothing worse than seeing a grown man cry. Well, what may be worse than that is seeing me console him.

Sadly, it's like High School all over again. The corrections guys basically run the compound and everyone is at their mercy. And since I might need ciorrections one day to save my butt it's important that I keep my mouth shut. But I agree with you Andy.
