Im lookin forward to this too... A LOT

I just looked up what I paid for my Regs and it was $129.00 each and then there was shipping of course. ( better when you order more than one) I am thinking new model will be somewhere around 20-30 bucks cheaper. I am also thinking that TT members will get a discount or rewarded somehow <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. That is a bunch of knife for that kind of $$$ <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. Hopefully we can order soon and then move over to the Swamp and buy up all of the steel they are releasing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. Then- all we have to do is collect our Swamp knives and look forawrd to the new Regs <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. Any discount would be nice but since Dan has't had a recent release, his wallet may be getting thin. I think we might be looking at someting more along the lines of a $500.00 Regulator. After all, it IS INFI.

I like MY way of thinking <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />.WIN WIN for all involved <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. Dan always puts out a great product at very reasonable pricing. That is what everyone is hanging around for. Take a peek at the viewers and the lurkers <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />. They are just waiting to hit that " buy" button. It's all good- but this is even better <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> !!

I knocked off some steel on that front end sweep (someone please help with the technical term) which is now the same as the SOD. Still, the balance is unreal! Someone mentioned that the Reg should be 14" what with that long looking handle. The handle is long and is comfortable and balances the blade with precision. To me, this is a niche knife for using to impose my will on any and all challengers and challenges. Don't know if I will purchase the latest Reg version...

Just be glad he's selling online. The new Regulator would have people stomping each others guts out trying to get one (or ten) if we all had to show up at a Busse Knife Store.
