Maybe everyone should just stop using the "G" word. Seems to be a bone of contention.

I do think the new version is better looking than the TT, I think most people would agree.

Yeah the saber grind and new choil definately gives it an aggressive profile.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if you don't take it out and use it, it's going to rust.

It looks angry.

As far as pure appearances go, I prefer the test team - the flat choil looks great and I love the full flat grind. However, the release version's choil is probably way more functional, and I will gladly sacrifice a tiny bit of appearance for functionality any day. The new choil rules

Lets put it this way..........IF someone was mad at me I would NOT want to see either Regulator in their hand. Both blades scream PAIN and SUFFERING

I can just see the Regulator riding in a Spec-Ops sheath strapped to the leg of some marine or paratrooper. It is a combat knife, pure and uncompromised. While I have absolutely no need of such a knife at my age, I may get one just for the heck of it. The SOD is more of general purpose camp knife. The Regulator is a fighter.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Let's not start in on the things we have just for the heck of it.
