I've just checked my TT Reg with Scrapyard sheath and see what MM is talking about. The plastic mold is fortunately open-ended and it appears the tip over-reaches by about a third of an inch. But, the cordura encloses the tip. With rough handling I can see the tip punching through.

Earlier I mentioned that my TT fit without any rattle. I retract by saying that there is front-to-back slight looseness, but not side-to-side. What you'd expect since the plastic (kydex?) was not molded to fit. I'm going to probably reinforce the bottom of the sheath somehow and use it for my TT. If I had a videocam I'd youtube what I've tried to describe <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />.
