Nice setup. I have moved my emergency kit over to a Spec-Ops pouch. Their quality is top notch. The CountyComm lights are very handy. I have about 10 of them.

sling shots/stun sticks/ auto tensioning devices. snare/ auto set hook, tuniquit help , shelter material , fire tube , protect the rest of the pouch from the ring saw inside it =)

i put in a bunch of stuff that basicly gives me a broad range of options and the basics to play around with....

You can also use it to suck or siphon water.

If things are desperate, surgical tubing can be used as a tourniquet.

I cut a length of copper tube with an OD that matches the ID of the surgical tubing. It slides in snug. That way I can blow air into a fire just where I want it, without melting the rubber tube.

also use it in stuff like solar stills to suck out the capture cup ... or drain into my water bag from a transpiration still...

i was going to add a bigger length of larger diamer around it just for doing short run syphons but i still gotta play with it....

I really tried to design it so i could get maximum shelter fast and then spend the rest of my time looking for natural materials and scout for food etc...

oddly some of this stuff i got ideas from bums... i just have a bigger pocket for gear....
i had a little under 100 buck kit i built for some one i need to see if i can rebuild it.

honestly the contest that this came from is rather a cool idea, you get a ton of ideas for your gear and improve your own , and show off lol
