...I need to save money for new guns. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I hear you there! Being from the Bay Area, I feel like I should start buying up any guns I can before the state government bans more of them! Well, once I'm done with school and find a job, I'll buy a couple good ones. For now, it's knives, and... more knives!

It is a shame what the California government is doing to its citizens. Well, actually the whole US and its citizens.

For CA, we're really on a time budget. Starting Feb. 2011, no more handgun ammo can be ordered online, unless it gets vetoed, but this late in the game it's going to be a battle. I finished school last year and finally got a good job and I start this March, I can finally get a serious collection going.

I'm going to keep my handgun caliber real simple, 9mm and maybe .45 because I really want a fullsize 1911, but I am in the market for a few 9mm 1911.

Since online ordering of rifle/shotgun ammo is still okay, I'm going to focus on 7.62x39, .308 win, .22lr/.22mag, and different shotgun ammo.

need some 5.56 in that mix too.

Dan I bet if you released it, things would get back on track. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if you don't take it out and use it, it's going to rust.

Even at <$100, I cannot make it a 'need' more than a just really, really, would like.

Glad you agree <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />, but I hear you loud and clear. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

This is going to be a great buy for anyone looking for a indestructible fine piece of steel and res-c, another truly classic example of the best performance to price ratio! Just another reason why I hang out here as much as I do. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Great idea- seems that some of these threads are getting used for DC <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. OK- does ANYONE have any idea of where the main bulk of the Regs are going to be used <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />? As in-what branch of the military ? Is there a website that shows these government contracts like this ? Or- maybe Dan will fill us in <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> ? I posted this in another thread but should probably be in this one. I think it would be kind of cool to know where the bulk of this steel is going <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. I will do my best to get a chunk headed right to me here on the Oregon coast <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />, Another request for Dan- " How about making the limit 5 ( five) instead of three" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> Sounds like a better number- don't cha think <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />Thanks
