Talk about being a bone head. Remember when I posted the link about the Gerber Evader hydration pack for $19.95. Well I went on my 2 day break and was gonna order one when I got back to work. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> Guess what. Just got my shipment and it appears well made. Got this pack, some 550, and their tactical BoB.
One issue I am having with the pack is the length. If I have the belt strap around my waist the pack rides low and the chest strap is by my neck. If I have the pack up on my shoulders the waist strap is above my stomach. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.
The tactical BoB is great but a little short for what I wanted to put in it (I knew it would be a tight fit when ordering but the price was to good not to try. I will get plenty of use out of this one and think I'll order the larger version too.
