Who is this mysterious #13 anyway?

Ask DMelone about inspector #13.

Great pics. Do you have a scale? I'm curious what it weighs. I'm wondering if it will weight more or less than my HRLM. I was bummed that I was never able to get a Howling Fat when they were cheap, but this sure helps make up for it.

Andy I don't have a scale handy but it is slightly heavier than the Res-C Howling Rat and not as heavy as the new HRLM with the micarta scales. It is THICK!

Wow i can't wait to get my Mutt!

So here's some miscellaneous knives i've weighed on my crappy scale.

22.0 oz - Dog Father
14.0 oz - Scrapper 6
9.33 oz - SwampRat HRLM (3rd gen, micarta, logoed)
5-6 oz - Street Scrapper 4 (was drinking when i weighed this, so not too sure)
2.500 oz - Spyderco Delica 4 (post office digital scale)

(my scale is like +/- 1.33 oz depending on the weather!)

the Scrapper 6 feels Lighter than its weight! it is so balanced in the hand!

Andy,
I retract what I said. Tony's post motivated me to throw together a simple pendulum balance and the Mutt is definitely heavier than the micarta HRLM. By how much I can't say.

Wow Kraz,
That is one STOUT looking blade!. The spine Is so thick that it appears to categorize the Mutt as a fatty. Thanks for the great pics to make us all drool. Now I have to clean my keyboard.

The penetrator tip works very well..it's extremely sharp.

The edge is shaving sharp on mine. I need to pick where I test more carefully because I look diseased now.

The blade balances right at the back of the choil, just slightly blade heavy but it still feels fast in the hand.

The choil is shallow which is just the way I like 'em.

The spine is incredible. You could definitely pry a door off the hinges with this thing.

The hand grips are firmer than the Res-C but definitely sticky. They feel thin but secure.

[color:"blue"]SWEET KRAZ!!!
That is what I call a review, oh and about those tantilizing pictures. I feel like I was standing with you as you unveiled them. What a beauty!
I must say that sure is a STOUT looking blade.
