thats what i ordered(black). I was thinking about picking up a green or tan RMD. But, if i get them and i dont like it, I wanted to know if there was one color I could sell easier than others.

Tanker Grey is the new black. It is probably pretty desirable, along with black paper handles.

I tend to prefer uncommon colors; bama clay and desert sand are both pluses for me. As P-Easy noted, Tanker has been a very popular color for the last year or so (more so than the previous [lighter] gray they called Urban) -- I bought all Moss and Tankers in this order.

I'm not sure that any particular blade color sells more quickly or for more money on the secondary market; most buyers consider one coated blade about the same as any another. Some handles, like snake skin Micarta, add to a knife's value though. Paper Micarta used to sell for a premium, but now that it's a standard handle option, that probably won't continue.

placed an order for a sage with tan canvas RMD and a moss warden. these are gonna be my first swamp rat blades, cant wait! its gonna be hard to not order more...

I like the moss. It feels very slick to the touch and it has small dimples in the finish, so it shouldn't give much resistance in comparison with crinkle coat when slicing or during hard use. I would like to see more colors in this finish. I really like tanker grey, but the ones I have feel almost like sand paper. I still ordered a tanker RMD, though.

I ordered a black and tan RMD Im still thinking about ordering a sage and black paper. but I dont know which knife to order that one in. the RMD or the HRLM. These would be my first SRKW.

Anyone got a regulator tt and a RMD? Wondering what the difference in size is. Love to see that if anyone has it.

The wife knows I ordered a Regulator with sheath, but it was two Regulators.
She saw me looking at Swamp Rats, so I convinced her she needed a Swamp Warden to replace the Lynn necker that I gave her for her birthday (and lost while hiking). Guilt play <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />.

I try to be working in the garage when I expect the UPS man, or I go to the Hobby room to open packages, need a knife ya know. Then get them in the safe, they all look the same to her.
