Yep they seem to be. Which sucks because I just purchased something mighty expensive from someone and don't really have a great way to contact him regarding it's delivery status.

If you ever want to know all you can know about a phone number, this
site will do it for you. If you know the NPA-NXX (area code + first
three numbers) you can find all sorts of information about where the
call originated, the name of the carrier, etc.

So, is there a way to use that utility to reverse number lookup, or to see who exactly it is that keeps calling my cell phone and asking for Tamara?
